  • Regular campus visits to undertake risk surveys. These visits give the opportunity to review Property Protection and Health & Safety Management

  • Each survey results in a benchmarked report highlighting areas for improvement to maintain good practice, alongside suggesting any possible enhancements

  • Members can also utilise our unique benchmarking facility to assess comparative standards and good practice within their peer group.

Ad hoc visits and a written risk information service. These include advice on:

  • New building construction and protection – building standards and regulations

  • Security aspects – physical security, intruder alarms, cash limits on safes

  • Areas requiring Special Protection – sprinklers, water mist systems, gas suppression systems

  • Health & Safety – safe systems of work, risk assessments, work equipment issues.
