Further to this and as part of a strategic focus on the travel security sector, the acquisition of Drum Cussac has been closely followed by further acquisitions of FAM International and WorldAware, global providers of Journey management/executive protection and travel risk management services respectively. These business are being brought together as one travel security division, with Crisis24, NYA, Drum Cussac and FAM operating under the new brand name Crisis24 whilst WorldAware will continue under its existing brand name to ensure consistency throughout integration.
