As part of our continued growth strategy we are pleased to offer this exciting opportunity for a marketing professional to join our team in a newly created role of Head of Marketing & Communications. The successful candidate will ideally be a graduate with 3+ years marketing communications experience ideally gained in the insurance industry, is fully or part CIM qualified and who are keen to take their career to the next level. This is a unique opportunity for the right individual to create and shape all of our marketing. Reporting directly to our CEO, they will also have the autonomy and authority to devise integrated marketing communications strategies and tactics, and recommend the resources needed to deliver a plan that effectively supports our growth objectives for 2022 and beyond. We are flexible on salary for the right candidate.

To deliver the Marketing and Communications function within UMAL.
Lead this function by developing and implementing marketing and communications strategies that effectively supports UMAL’s current and future growth objectives.
Also to provide marketing and communications support to the UMAL team and UMAL Members. This requires a background or degree focused in media and/or marketing and communications and a minimum of five years’ practical experience.
